HORSES FOR SALE!!!
I was reasonably quiet at the yearling sales this year. I attended the Karaka sales in New Zealand, the Premier Inglis sales in Melbourne, the Magic Millions Sales in Adelaide and the Inglis sales at Scone.
I seen a lot of nice horses but only put my hand up for two, a colt and a filly from Adelaide. I also bought a Starcraft from New Zealand, which I had an order for and he has already been sold. I still have shares available from last year’s purchases, which is very slack on my behalf!! They are now rising 3, educated and genuinely un tried so a few nice opportunities await you!!
I don’t pretend to know a lot about pedigrees, I buy my horse simply on type and over the years I have a good record with horses like JERRYMAC, SPEEDYMAC, MACSPLASH and SCAREDYMAC. I guess I have to add the duds and one was DREAMTIMEMAC who was a lovely horse but was terribly slow!!
I like to syndicate my horses in 10% shares if possible. All prices quoted are for 10%. While in training costs are approx $250 a month for 10% and while spelling costs are approx $45 a month per 10%.

A lovely correct filly, very athletic and light in the bone. Looks an early runner so keen to try her as a 2YO. Broken Inn and currently spelling.

A good walking colt that’s going to grow into a strong horse. Very good natured and plenty of scope. Broken Inn and currently spelling. Will not race as 2, going to need time but potential staying horse.

THREE-YEAR OLDS:
 
BAY/BROWN GELDING            BY IGLESIA, FROM TILLYARD
Half brother to Czar Of Macedon. Fully educated and ready to go. Should be racing in the spring of this year. Good moving athletic horse. Czar won 8 races for us!

All horses are currently spelling at my property on Caramut Road, Warrnambool. All prices quoted are up until September 2010, which means no bill until then. That covers insurance for 12 months from purchase, floating, agistment,
