Quiet Weekend!

This weekend is going to be very quiet with only runners at one meeting over the weekend. We take 3 horses to Hamilton on Sunday and hoping to come home with some winners.

We kick off the day with a first starter in Fleet Star, who will be ridden by Nikita McLean. He is a 3YO gelding by Fomalhaut and will benefit from the outing at the races. With any luck, he should be hitting the line strong. Next up is Tokyo Bob, who will be looking to improve after his disappointing first up run. Matt Pumpa has the ride and in an ordinary race on paper, he should be in the mix. The final runner on the day is Big Jam. He will improve with the step up to 2200m and is gaining some fitness for later on in the preperation when he tackles the jumps.

Last weekend Jarrod had success overseas in Tasmania with the honest galloper, Youbolt. It was great to see him winning by a whopping 7 lengths and was well ridden by stable apprentice, Jackie Beriman.
