The 2009/2010 Season
Is now in its final week. At this stage, Nicastro will be our only runner this week and our final runner for the current season as he heads to Adelaide this Saturday to contest the Listed Dermondy Stakes. He appears to be in great order and should be running well.
The 2010/2011 season kicks off immediately for us on the Sunday when we play at home at Warrnambool. At this stage we are likely to have 3 runners.
Last week we took Betty's Belle and Tassolgy to Mildura. Betty tried hard and battled into 3rd placing but it was decided after to retire her. Tassolgy failed badly and she too has been retired.
Jerrymac and Speedymac both ventured to Sandown on Wednesday. Speedy only battled into 5Th placing and really seemed to struggle in the Heavy 10. Jerry ran a super honest race and toughed his way into 3rd placing. He is a great trier and given the right conditions, always runs an honest race.
